Do you charge extra for evening or weekend pickups?

Our standard rates cover Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm. Weekend and evening pickups? Yeah, those cost more. Call us and we'll quote it — depends on your location and timing.

What if my shipment weighs less than you quoted?

We bill what actually ships. If you quoted 500 lbs but it's 347, you pay for 347. We're not trying to squeeze extra money out of you. That's just not how we work.

Is fuel surcharge included in your pricing?

Nope. Fuel gets added separately when it hits $3.00/gallon in your region. Right now it's under that threshold for most areas, so you're just paying the base rate. Transparent. Simple.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Monthly contracts are, well, monthly. You can cancel with 14 days notice. Per-load pricing has zero commitment — you only pay when you ship. No gotchas. No penalties.
